This review in specfic took me some time to decide the stars and i decided to be fair and be in the middle thought i was more towards 2 stars First and to put it clear .. You will have the best price in Kia bank street comparing to all KIAs in Ottawa. They were by far the best and I have to admit this. Sales team were great especially Adam. He was so nice, proffisional and want to help to the max. Here are the 4 points for this rating 1) I have been promised that Deposit is 100% refundable which is 100% true BUT what was not communicated that you do not have it back to your credit card as you paid BUT you will have a cheque so if you decide to cancel, you have to go once and then you have to again to get your cheque. This was not communicated at all and take care when you put your credit card. 2) Second, finance manager that I never met and he did not even try to show himself once that is IF there is one. Sales rep would go to check something with finance manager and come back after 30 sec. with an answer. So you never know if there is one OR no. 3) When you get a number check all detials as when i went back 2nd time to discuss the deal I discoevred that numbers were wrong and i have been informed that I gave wrong number for my trade in which I did not want to say it at this point of time but this is not true. Numbers are my game Finally, the change of the way on how to deal with you when you decide to cancel your deal. From the very friendly way to very solid and answer to the minimum. You have to learn to make relationship NOT just one sale and if failed, everything turns down Thanks
