Purchased a used Kia Soul from this Dealership in September 2025. While we love the car and had a great experience with Hussein in sales, when we were taken to a finance office to sign our purchase agreement, we were heavily pressured by Sunny, the Finance Manager, in a condescending and passive-aggressive manner to purchase an extended warranty on our used vehicle. When we refused and asked him questions about our agreement, he was visibly annoyed and insisted repeatedly that we “should not worry about it” and to “just sign here.” This was a major turnoff to an otherwise excellent purchase experience. This would have been a five-star review had it not been for the finance experience. The car is excellent and Hussein was very knowledgeable and personable in all of our interactions.

Hussein was fantastic and gave way better customer service than sales people at other dealerships.
