I was looking for a Kia and visited three different dealerships before finally coming to Bank Street Kia. I’m very glad I did.
From the beginning, the two Moes and Sunny in Finance took excellent care of me. They listened carefully to what I was looking for, were always available to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable discussing and negotiating every aspect of the deal.
What impressed me most was their attitude throughout the entire process. We could go back and forth on the price and different options, and they always remained patient, professional, transparent, and welcoming, with a big smile and a genuine willingness to help.
