Last week we purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage from Bank St KIA in Ottawa.
Upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was very welcoming. Special shout out to Marcos (Sales Representative) who immediately greeted us and assisted with our search and options for a new vehicle. Markos was very helpful and attentive to our needs and we never felt rushed or pressured. He even took the time to show us how to set up our phone to link with our new vehicle, which he did with alot of patience lol.
We also met with Moe (Sales Manager) (you owe us breakfast haha) and Ralph (Finance Manager) who also were very friendly and helpful.
Upon picking up our vehicle we were pleasantly surprised to find they had put the snow tires on, perfect timing considering the snow has started to fall. That saved us time and money.
