After doing extensive research and having not-so-great experiences at other dealerships, my partner and I walked into Bank Street Kia and we were immediately greeted by Mike (Sales Manager). Right away you could tell that the atmosphere was more welcoming as we sat down to go over options for a second car within our budget. Legitimately, there wasn't any secrecy behind pricing; Mike was straightforward about what they had on the lot (some listed online and others not). Hussein joined the team and brought out a couple of options for us to look at. Even being there past closing, they were both super attentive and had a no-nonsense approach to the sale. We settled on a used 2015 Kia Soul that came equipped with a lot of extras, and they went over everything that needed to happen for the Soul to past safety, and what would be included. We took it for a little test drive and after putting down the deposit, we left extremely satisfied with the encounter. Even the following week, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the car in time for a family trip that was previously arranged. They even went the extra step of humouring our son (who is a rabid Real Madrid fan) by chatting soccer and making him feel welcome as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either Hussein or Mike for your car shopping needs. The whole "game" of back-and-forth between Manager and Sales person didn't really happen here. It was a straightforward experience that we were happy to have and would repeat the next time we're in the market for a car. Chapeau, lads. You're doing great work.
