The 2019 Kia Optima Plug-in Hybrid is a satisfying and stylish 4-door sedan with the added benefit of being a plug-in hybrid.
The Optima Plug-in Hybrid offers the EX trim with a 154-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine paired with a Sportmatic six-speed automatic transmission. The electric motor delivers a net power output of 202-hp. Standard safety features include electronic stability control, traction control, 4-wheel disc ABS brakes, Parking Distance Warning, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning, front active headrests and seven airbags. Available features include LED headlights with Dynamic Bending Light, Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go and panoramic sunroof.
The Optima Plug-In Hybrid added additional safety features for 2019.
