Model Overview
The Forte is Kia's offering in the competitive Compact market segment. Attractive styling, pricing and feature content are what make this car standout.
The Forte sedan is available in four trims; FE, LXS, S, and EX. A 147-hp 2.0-liter four-cylinder sends power to the front wheels via a six-speed manual (FE) or CVT transmission. The Forte comes nicely equipped with standard items such as; dual-zone automatic climate control, six airbags, anti-lock brakes with brake assist, Bluetooth, trip computer and forward collision avoidance. Smart cruise control, LED taillights, power heated and ventilated seats, and a power sunroof are just some of the available features.
For 2019, the Forte hatchback has been discontinued and the sedan has been redesigned inside and out.
